Annual General Meeting
Wednesday, November 13th, 2024

Members of the Ontario PC Party are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting for the Kitchener South – Hespeler Ontario PC Association.

When:          Registration to take place starting a 6:30. Meeting to begin at 7:30, after the acclamation meeting.

Where:         Meeting Room – Hespeler Arena, 640 Ellis Rd, Hespeler, ON

Why:            In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors and appointing an Auditor.  Reports from the President, Chief Financial Officer and Membership Chair will also be given.

Anyone with a valid membership at least fifteen (15) days prior to the AGM may register to vote.
